When I think of my time at Meta, I like to say the only constant here is change.
Joining the Program team in November 2020, Quest 2 had just launched and Oculus was still a sub brand with it’s own outsider culture within Facebook where we were heavily focused on gaming.
Fast forward, we are now Meta and our VR products are instrumental in the long term future vision of the Metaverse.
As a Program Manager in the VR squad, I have had the opportunity to bring some of the biggest and most interesting campaigns and products to life. My function has wide and deep reach, and covers everything from strategic planning and scoping, building relationships and influence with cross-functional teams, developing systems, tools and processes, driving change, liaising with game developers, music labels, creative agencies, production companies and many other external partners.

Google Store is the hardware retail store and platform for product narrative-driven content.
In 2008, Basic Agency was hired to redesign Google Store and build an on-site team to support the design and production of the site and the global campaigns and product launches for Google Hardware.
As the Program Manager and Head of the Content Team, I was responsible for building the program and structure, tools and team that would develop, produce and deliver thousands of assets every year. We produced a range of content including lifestyle and product photography, 3D product animations, motion design, UI animation, and videos.
We worked alongside the internal Google teams creating deep partnerships with product, product marketing, brand design, ID, and engineering teams to create beautiful work that went on to win many awards over the years.

For Rihanna’s highly-anticipated new record, ANTI, Samsung partnered with Punchdrunk, 72andSunny and R/GA to reimagine the way fans experience an album launch by taking people on a journey through the pop queen’s psyche. The ANTIdiaRy story was told over 8 episodes each representing a different phase in Rihanna’s rise from an innocent girl in Barbados to a powerful artist capable of creating ANTI. Each episode corresponded to a virtual room that people could experience through their mobile device. R/GA created 8 additional episodes that dove even deeper into the different phases and characters in this other world. It was fun to shoot this darker world with Lynch- type undertones and characters.
The production included 8 different sets for each episode built over two sound stages at the Sony lot in Culver City, CA. Multiple teams captured video, photography and 360 footage to create this cross-platform experience.

In 2015, R/GA created a touching and impactful campaign Called “Love Has No Labels.” I was lucky to produce two of the films in 2016 and 2017 with some of my favorite creative teams. Both productions were challenging to pull off, so when they were both nominated in 2017 for Emmy Awards for Outstanding Content, it was one of my proudest moments.

While at R/GA, I was a part of an extremely fun, creatively free and experimental time for Samsung US content. With a stacked team of the most talented ADs and writers, paired with an amazing client, we created 50+ commercials for TV and online, winning many awards.
From the end of 2013 through October of 2016, I was leading content production for the Samsung US account. We did everything from slick and beautiful product shots, to an installation of Samsung screen products where an animated short moved in real time from device to device, to an actual road trip from NYC to LA testing the Ultra Power Saving mode, and then there was the fun and weird dance party that we shot showcasing how easy it is to make the switch to a Samsung phone, and everything in between.
We also worked with some of the best Directors, Cinematographers, Production Companies, Editors, Colorists, Composers…. in the business.
Extremely proud of this work!
In 2014, Samsung teamed up with R/GA and Cheil for an intergalactic battle in the form of a "winner takes Earth" football match between the world's greatest soccer players and a scary alien race, known as the Hurakan.
R/GA produced the first film featuring players like Lionel Messi, Cristiano Renaldo, Neymar, Wayne Rooney and Landon Donovan being recruited from around the world to face off against their fantastically creepy extra terrestrials.
